Medical Care Plan (MCP) has a 3-month waiting period. Register at a Service NL location. MCP covers doctor visits, hospital care, and lab tests. NL has a provincial drug plan (NL Prescription Drug Program) with income-based eligibility. Dental and vision are not covered under MCP.
